Bayern Munich tried for Man Utd winger Nani

Bayern Munich admit they've tried to sign Nani.

Bayern have revealed they tried to nick Nani from Old Trafford, but Manchester United priced him out of a move to the German giants.

Bayern chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said: “We had an interest in Nani, but unfortunately the price went up and up, so he was too expensive.”
