Manchester Unietd are developing a partnership with Romania's Otelul Galati.
The People says United will now link up with Galati in order to snap up their best youth prospects in future years. In return they will help the Romanian club to grow.
Galati chairman Marius Stan revealed: “United’s officials were great. When we played there, I was absolutely impressed with the respect we were shown.
“I was surprised but one of the most important officials Manchester United has will come to Galati and do a report on all aspects of our club. He will evaluate our work and help us develop a strategy for the future. It’s possible we’ll have a long-lasting partnership.”
