Antonio Valencia has almost doubled his money with his new contract at Manchester United.
The Sun says the Ecuador winger, 26 this week, sees his salary rocket to £90,000 a week - a reward for his brave comeback last season.
Valencia, signed from Wigan for £16million two years ago, returned from an horrific broken ankle to play a big part in United's push for a record-breaking 19th title.
Boss Alex Ferguson said: "Antonio has made a fantastic contribution. His speed, crossing ability and versatility have been a big asset for us."
