Man Utd, Chelsea battling to be Chivas priority partner

Manchester United and Chelsea are battling to strike a partnership with Chivas Guadalajara.

United have struck a partnership with Chivas following their deal for Javier Hernandez. However, Chelsea are also in talks to earn first refusal on Chivas players after their capture of Ulises Davila, now on-loan at Vitesse Arnhem.

This week, Chivas declared themselves the best supported club on the planet - boasting a fanbase of 35 million.

United and Chelsea are eager to tap into this massive network as they seek to expand their profile across Latin America.
